During hypnosis you will guided into a relaxed state where it is possible to access the subconscious mind and positive suggestions can be made to change the way you think and behave.

It is a completely natural state of consciousness similar to day dreaming where you will be fully aware and in control throughout. Hypnosis helps calm the nervous system, reduces stress and allows the mind to be more flexible and resilient.
